i have long expected that this just won't happen , they won't burn the Quran. It's nothing more but a fable. This is merely another kind of a provocation for the muslims. Funnily, muslims thought it's a kind of a humiliation.
.... But what if they did burn the Quran?...
this is actually correct according to Islamic Law, because this is what is ordered rather than any other type of destruction. If they don't want it - OK - burn it!
In fact, we can bring all of the Qurans from all around the country that need to be burned due to wear and tear, missing pages and other damage.
But .... we won't burn your Bible, because we know the original also came from God, the same as the Quran and we do respect the Bible.
If they still want to burn something, how about we burn 'CHILD PORNOGRAPHY' instead?" -- "...
