Twyndyllyngs is the longest english word without even a single vowel.

That day, i posted something about English.

then came Kak Fatimatul Zahara@ Kak Tymo. Then i asked her. "what's the longest english word without even a single vowel?".

As far as i have known, it should have been "rhythm", or "syzygy" which means a kind of unity, especially thru coordination or alignment, most commonly used in the astronomical or astrological sense. But "syzygy" is admittedly a bit less longer than
"rhythm".In short, "rhythm" is the best answer! Yeah! Haha.

but then she said "twyndyllyngs", i was like, hey where the heck that word come from? Then, i had a quick browse on my very old The Times English Dictionary, and i found nothing! Next, the Oxford bilanguage, found nothing too!

Reluctantly, i went to ask Uncle Google. Haha. It's stated there that "twyndyllyngs" is the longest Word in English that doesn't contain any vowels. and... It comes from Welsh and is obviously rare and alien. But it does appear in the Oxford English Dictionary. and... "twyndyllyngs" means "twinling" or in Modern English, "twin."

cuihh! I'm speaking about modern words la. But yeah, She had managed to leave me speechless for quite some time. Cehh. Thank you.

thanks to Fatimatul Zahara who is now studying in New Zealand for correcting me.xD
